As a dedicated doula and lactation professional, I bring a wealth of experience and credentials, including an MPH (Master of Public Health), CHES® (Certified Health Education Specialist), IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), LCCE (Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator), and ALC (Advanced Lactation Consultant). My mission is to empower and support families on their unique parenting journeys. My personal breastfeeding journey began in 2005 with my first child and continued with my second in 2018, sparking a passion for maternal bonding, health benefits, and sharing knowledge with my local community.

As a military spouse, I learned the value of a strong support network. I dedicated myself to assisting fellow moms in navigating breastfeeding and maternal health challenges, knowing how crucial it is for mothers to feel confident and capable. After my husband’s retirement, I deepened my expertise by becoming an IBCLC, focusing on the impact of maternal health practices on breastfeeding initiation and duration.

In addition to my lactation credentials, I pursue comprehensive education on all aspects of parenting, including baby behavior, car seat safety, and postpartum mental health. I believe every mother deserves to feel confident, recognize her worth, and have the support of an experienced professional to affirm her journey.
